Most recently Dr. Keith was asked to give the inaugural address in Columbia College's 'Scholarship in Radio' series. Prior to that he was invited to speak at Moscow State University. Previously he spoke at the University of Navarro in Pamplona, Spain, Mount Union College in Ohio, and Newbury College in Massachusetts on "Fringe Groups in Broadcasting." He also conducted workshops for the US State Department in Tanzania, Africa on the use of radio by woman's groups and was an honorarium speaker for a colloqium on global news at the University of Rhode Island.
